Apostle Jean Paul Manirakiza (HEERA 10), born on July 1, 1985 in Karusi, is a visionary Burundian leader, entrepreneur, and community builder. With a degree in clinical psychology, he puts people at the center of his work while drawing from faith to promote an evangelized, prosperous, and developed world.

He contributes to economic development and youth employment through organizations such as B.R.A Manufacturing, Zelen Group, and Blue Harmony, helping more than 2,000 young Burundians access professional opportunities. He is also the founder of INEZA HEART, which supports abandoned children, and MGH (Green Health Mutuality), which improves access to care for more than 10,000 beneficiaries.

A cultural catalyst, he organizes major national events such as Umukozo Festival, Yangiriye Neza Concert, SIGA UMUHIGO Crusade, and Holy Cup, promoting unity and national pride. As president of the Burundi Basketball Federation (FEBABU), he also uses sport as a tool of regional diplomacy, notably through the initiative “The Best of Burundi & Rwanda.”

Through his HEERA 10 platform, he inspires and trains a new generation of leaders. Married and multilingual (Kirundi, French, English, and Swahili), he embodies a generation of African leaders combining economic impact, social commitment, and strong ethical values.
